The location is fabulous. Room size was good and had everything I needed. Decor and furniture was a little tired. As was the bathroom, unclean grout etc around shower.

When you walk in it looks great but the rooms are Very out dated. Old carpets which really didn’t smell great. Booked a double room but two twin beds pushed together, meant slipping down the crack, cleaning standards weren’t very high found blood up the bathroom wall and stains on the sheets. Had to wait till 4pm to check in because our room wasn’t ready for a 3pm check in. Paid extra for a poolside room only had 1.30hrs to use as it’s closed around 5:45. Hair dryer blew up when using it, not one to kick up a fuss but we did inform the staff of this due to it being a safety hazard and they were apologetic Over all I wouldn’t book again. For the price of the room I expect a little bit more.

The location was great, and Lucy’s service and communication were excellent.

The pillows were uncomfortable and need replacing, the bed was too small for two people, and the mattress lacked support. These issues made it difficult to sleep well.
