The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Our suite was very roomy, the decor was lovely and the food when we finally got it was delicious. The breakfast was really nice with lots of choices, however the staff were not very welcoming. The coffee and tea choices in the room were good.

The service when we sat down for dinner was not great. We waited 45 mins for our drinks alone even though the restaurant was not busy at all. Other customers that came in after us were served before us. We had a small baby with us and due to it taking so long i had to leave. The food and drinks hadn’t even come out at this point. My husbands food was left on the table, staff did not offer to cover it. There was quite a lot of dust and cobwebs in the twin room. We came all the way from Nottinghamshire so it was quite disappointing after a long drive.

Totally & utterly home from home. Everything about it was perfect. Car space on the drive, gorgeous little garden, each room kitted out with all you should need. So thoughtfully considered. We would happily have stayed in, the whole time we were there!! 😆
