Beautiful English room superbly clean absolutely gorgeous location with immaculate gardens. Very comfortable and a rating 10 out of 10 for comfort and location. Wifi available at the front door of the main house so easy to access.

Challenge was the digital key; the system saw our first name as the surname so we struggled to access the digital key using our legitimate booking surname. The establishment are not communicable after hours via the booking.com site so please ensure mobile network is online and do not rely on WhatsApp data. Friendly staff when in contact.

The staff were excellent, genuine and friendly. Money has been spent wisely on the decor. Breakfast options were great and well thought out. Ear plugs were a good send!

The hotel was nice.. but there is a building site at the entrance. You can't see any notices about the hotel being there.

The lady who checked us in, a smile would have been nice. To explain that they don't accept cash. Explain about snacks, explain that if we wanted more tea or coffee that it was there. Other staff were helpful and had a great attitude. If you are having a bad day. Maybe don't work on reception.

No toiletries provided as stated, no hot water and the bedroom in the attic space was very hot (like a sauna). Very low ceiling, not very suitable for adults. Not much space around the bed downstairs.

The checkin was a horror. The place we went to collect the key did not hsve the keys available. After a few calls 1hr later we got the keys only to go to apt number listed on key and discover apt number on key is not the same as the apt we were allocated. Finally after 3 hrs at almosr 12midnite we managed get into apt. In addititon only 1 travel size shampoo and soap was provided for 3 persons even though it was mentioned in listing toiletries will be provided. When asked, host advised they will only provide initial supply!! Even if it is meant to be initial supply, that small travel bottle of soap is not enough for 3 persons!
