      Good location for exploring the Black Isle and other parts of Inverness and Wester Ross. The property had everything you could need including oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster etc. including some goodies eg.Tunnocks! The property is next to a pub but that really wasn't an issue at all as it was all pretty quiet, and there's parking at the rear. It's within walking distance of a couple of good eating places and across the road from Fortrose Cathedral. It's also close to Rosemarkie where there are a couple of pubs/eating places too.

      The wifi didn't work for us and it was very difficult to get phone signal too. The hot water ran out a couple of times when trying to take a shower, though we later discovered there is a booster switch.

      Large room, huge, very comfortable bed, double doors that opened over a field with sheep grazing. Everything worked. Bathroom shower had great pressure. Would stay again for sure.

      Location, friendly helpful staff, free morning snacks and water. Comfortable bed. Quirky unusual feel - a bit like staying at your auntie’s. WiFi signal was good.

      Nice accommodation, but we kept on loosing hot water.. A kid next door kept on hitting football against our caravan, till 11.00 pm every night.

      Room was quite and featured on suite. Position in the middle of town. Good sized bar and staff polite and friendly.

      Very close to town center. Very friendly staff. Parking slots were available.

      Narrow bathroom with a tiny sink. Not very comfortable to wash the face. Mirror was over the toilet, not over the sink, which was not very practicable. But in total, for a short stay, it's totally fine.

      The guy at the reception didn't say hi neither welcome. He didn't say anything. The curtains in the room didn't cover the whole windows, which means the sun won't let you sleep
