  Beautiful little lodge with everything you could need, cozy, warm and tastefully decorated. Lovely private veranda to rear for sitting out if weather permits, just a lovely peaceful retreat. Hostess Liz went the extra mile bringing us tasty fresh produce, ie freshly baked bread, milk, fresh eggs from her free range chickens, also salad and strawberries from her market garden, such lovely touches to make it a very special experience, we will certainly be back thank you Liz ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  Clean and cosy accommodation in quiet residential area away from the town centre. Close to small collection of shops, including grocery, fish and chips, cafes and micropub. Near to the promenade, beach, local bus services and Bare Lane train station. Good selection of breakfast items, including cereals, crumpets, croissants, jams,fresh fruit and tea and coffee. Very good value for the money.

  We liked the house, it was in a great location and the facilities were good, there was plenty of room for our group of 9, there was also plenty of room for parking. It was a short walk to the bars, restaurants, and the beach! It was very clean. The owner and his garden and cleaning staff were all lovely! Thanks for making it a great weekend ☺️

  There was nothing we didn't like but, ( this is just a suggestion), an airfryer and larger frying pan would have been amazing 😉

  Looked smart, room was clean. Bed was comfy. Big TV. Reception were pleasant.

  I don't think it was value for money as I paid a similar price to stay at Hampton Hilton on way back. Which was miles better. Massive room and bath, bathroom. Plus breakfast was included. I absolutely hate wet rooms. Not having a shower cubicle means everything gets absolutely wet through. It can't be hygienic to have a wet floor all night so your feet or getting wet when u just need the loo. Plus there was no plastic bag on the bin in bathroom which also got water in it when I had a shower. The hotel wasn't signposted that well too.
