The lodge was a real home from home we LOVED IT its was immaculate inside very well equipped , everything you needed super comfortable beds, amazing showers I can’t think of anything that it lacked. Not forgetting the hosts, Jackie was so welcoming and friendly nothing was too much trouble gave us so much information when we arrived it was brilliant. She also left some milk and muffins in the fridge which was a lovely touch! Also her husband was so helpful and friendly too. An Amazing couple.

Definitely nothing needs to be improved with the lodge it was perfect , if I was really picky the main road behind the site can be nosey in the morning if your a light sleeper but I always come prepared my husband never heard a thing!

A lovely hotel with plenty of parking, cozy rooms and the small residents lounge was a bonus. Lovely bedroom with tea, coffee, water and fresh milk in a fridge on the landing. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Great choice on both the breakfast and dinner menu.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and breakfast was also excellent. Lovely setting, there were even morris dancers the night we stayed. We certainly intend to visit again

Spacious apartment in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Perfect bedroom and well-equipped kitchen. Super-friendly and supportive host. Excellent value for the money. Compared to the typical tiny London hotel rooms this apartment is exceptional.

It would be ideal if the living room had a better darkening option. If you are not used to sleeping in a lighter ambiance, the morning sun will wake you up quite early. Also, the bed in the living room was okay but could be more comfortable.

Leonardo Royal hotel is lovely and in an excellent location. Rooms were quiet, couldn't hear any noise [apart from the traffic] like some hotel rooms. Room was nice and big with a lovely sea view. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Our bathroom had a lot of mould around the bath and shower. The fixtures in the bathroom are looking tired. We didn't have any slippers like it says on our booking information. Bottled water wasn't replenished every day. There was a bit of a bad smell as you entered into our room. There was a wet patch on the carpet which seemed to get worse the longer we were there {3 nights} we did report it on checking out. Would of given a higher rating if it wasn't for these things.

Location convenient to Hammersmith station and local eateries. Breakfast included. Adequate accommodation that was clean and tidy. Served our purposes for a short stay..

Noisy street...but no fault of hotel. Breakfast could be chaotic at times. Hard mattress. Stairs to navigate with heavy suitcases. Tight room in ensuite with toilet close to the wall.

The property was modern, clean and very comfortable with a nice location, the flat had all the necessities.

The owner of the property charged me 6 pounds per day to issue a guest parking at the house's private car park, and when I left the property he called me and tried to claim I balmed his bedside lights even though I had never used it. He was persistent that it was my fault and threatened to take it further with booking.com
