Stylish lobby and friendly staff at reception. Plenty of good food at breakfast. Large comfortable room, with nice ensuite bathroom. Everywhere seemed very clean.

No coffee mugs on table at breakfast, and none available. Had to chase them up, although it was very busy. The previous evening there didn't seem to be enough staff on the bar for the influx of customers after our concert, but those there coped well. The room facilities were very good, but the main thing that spoiled the experience was , after waiting a fair while for room service, the guy turned up with a card machine, wanting payment there and then! It was as if we weren't trusted to pay our bill in the morning. Very offhand and unprofessional, we thought.
