Great little place, beautifully located in the heart of the city, was quite, clean and well maintained. Lola at the reception of the Harington Hotel (the sister property, which kindly allowed us to store our bags until check in time) was very helpful, and any messages were responded to by email soon. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a bit of time figuring out how to open the sink drain plug - not intuitive, but we were able to get help from Lola at the Haringon Hotel.

The location is amazing, right next to Aldgate station and only 20 mins from Leicester Square, and 30 from London Euston train station. Rooms are so clean and all facilities are amazing! Staff is super friendly!

The fact that there is NO parking on site. It was not a comfortable sleep due to poor quality of the pillow It was a crowded breakfast and bit chaotic and food was not good, No cabinet to put our clothes No window to open and quite suffocating The shower door was”scratchy” and making frustrating noise when you open it close

Are room had allot of cobwebs inside and all Over the balcony. There were also quite a few spiders in the room More options on the room service menu specially for kids - kids option would be allot better . My son couldn't eat the adults meals due to size
