Super convenient since I have some mobility issues; right at the bottom of the ramp down from Temple Meeds railway station. Proper accessible lift to get from street level to reception level. Good and super helpful staff at check in and surprisingly good breakfast included. Full cooked options as well as continental style. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet on 5th floor rear. Even had a window you could open for a draft!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was so well located, exceptionally clean and comfortable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and will be back! The only small thing is that it may be just a smidge too small if staying with more than 1 person for more than a couple of days. There is a coffee shop and Marks & Spencers food across the street, and bus stops just outside!

There was wood panelling on the walls, which (according to owners) was in keeping with age of house. Very spacious, carpets throughout. Lovely warm beds, welcome as it was a cold spell for June. Plenty of space for two. Location was wonderful. Sheep wandered just over the fence. Great walk to beach from house.

Very little space in cupboards for our food. Had to do a lot of rearranging. Also had to wash some of dishes as not very clean. The house was cold when we arrived - weather unusually cold for June so it took 24 hours to warm it up. Then it was very cosy.

Comfy bed, great shower. The staff were very cheerful, friendly and hard working, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely gardens and conservatory and the breakfast was one of the best I've had.Nice touch with the complementary cream teas and prosecco for some rooms.

The room was a bit dark.

The staff were helpful, our room was clean and had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable. We had a meal and it was good value and very tasty.

The outside of the property was untidy, the seating in the bar area for breakfast was uncomfortable and we had no breakfast provided on our last morning.

upstairs bedroom had slopping ceiling not normally a problem but the supper king size bed was far to big for the room, so only way to access the bed on my side was to lean sideways also have to go downstairs stairs for the toilet, the dressing area would make great toilet no shaver socket in the bathroom, hot water in bathroom sink kept running Should mention downstairs toilet in listing would only stay again If I was younger

Needed an extra member of staff for dinner service waited too long for drinks and to order, over half an hour.

Lovely staff and great value

The shower was quite tricky to use, either freezing or too hot so quite temperamental and stiff dials but to be expected with an older building.
