We liked EVERYTHING about this hotel. The staff were polite, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The beer was served at the correct temperature, the menu was varied and the food was cooked to perfection both at dinner and breakfast. The room, "Little Robin," had every facility you'd expect and was spotlessly clean. Jacqui, the owner, was a great source of local information and told us some terrific places to go. Thanks, Jacqui, you were spot on!

Great location peaceful but easily accessible by public transport. Enjoyed seeing the more suburban side of London with the country flavour of the heath opposite. Host very welcoming. Liked the communal breakfast table where we were able to engage with fellow guests. This added to the stay x

The Hotel was conveniently located. The staff were very helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything worked! While there was no lift, the stairs were manageable. Well worth a stay. We intend to return and recommend you stay.

Good location , lovely room , lots of tea and coffee and biscuits . The bedding and pillows were so comfy , and soft white towels. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful .

On hindsight I should have asked for a room where pets don't go as despite housekeeping's best efforts it had a real whiffy dog smell .
