The room wasn't right. We were meant to have two double beds, but there was only one bed. The place was dirty. When we got there, no one was around it was hard to find someone. I would never stay again.

Paying for parking. It’s a bit of a rip off to charge people to park when they’re paying over £100 for a room. We stopped for about half an hour to check in then went on to our event and that cost me £2 parking as well.

the en-suite shower leaks and floods the floor. There’s mold in the in the shower. The roof above the ensuite bathroom window was falling apart. Bedroom mirror was smashed. The heaters didn’t work half the time. Even when they were took off the timers they still didn’t heat up the only heat we had was from the fireplace and the portable fan. Also half the time the Wi-Fi didn’t work so we had no signal. Said I had 5 people staying according to an unreliable ring door bell camera. I had 4! So they kept my security deposit. Absolute joke! Flat was freezing most of the time
