Rooms were clean and quiet. It's a new place so everything - with the notable exception of the wifi - was very functional and modern. Yes, the rooms are small but that's London. The airconditioning was very effective but I had a courtyard view with windows I could open which was nice. The premises were very quiet which was appreciated.

1) Online check in - I took advantage of their online check-in system to 'save time'- only to have to completely repeat the process when I arrived because 'they have had a lot of credit card fraud'. So, why ask me to do this if you know you won't respect your own procedures? 2) The Wi-Fi was so slow that I needed to switch to using my phone as a hotspot. A colleague on a lower floor couldn't get a strong enough signal to do this and so ended up working from a cafe. 3) They 'nickel and dime' you if you want to check in early. I arrived at noon and was told me room wasn't ready. But, magically (in their own words) a room became ready if I was willing to pay 10 pounds an hour extra. I mean, just be honest about it ahead of time in setting your rates! I have never been asked to pay extra to check in early, if a room was ready.

The room was a clean as expected, the bed was comfortable and the room was large. The shower was very large and bathroom superb, bed very comfortable.

) the bathroom door is falling off you have to move the door slightly to close and lock the door. Not a good impression 2)the shower would be good if it had instructions how to use, the shower took us ages to get hot water. While trying all settings 3)shower flooring very slippery when wet myself and my husband slipped when we had a showers when walking out of shower on to tiles. 4) the doors on ALL the flats are so noisy and slam if anyone leaves there rooms it shakes the whole building and echo's through the building which is annoying on the Saturday night lots of the rooms were coming in and out all night on and off, from different rooms. So we did not get much sleep on the Saturday. 5) No tea or coffee or even glasses in the kitchen downstairs at least would be good!!! I know it does state no T and C but no kettle even in the kitchen down stairs or glasses so we could not have anything in our room 6) the most annoying thing (room 6) stunk of cigarettes, we both do not smoke at all and I suffer with asthma so it did not help my health at all!!! It state the rooms are non smoking rooms which they aren't and also in the corridor you could smell weed which was coming out of one of the rooms. I do not feel that the accommodation is up to standard at all. I would not book this accommodation again because of all the problems above. If it had been one problem it might of been a different review but the cigarettes maybe not!!!! The position of the establishment was good but overall not impressed at all.
