If you ever need a place to sleep inside the London Heathrow airport, this place fulfills that need. It's inside the Terminal 3 arrival hall, but easily reachable walking from the Terminal 2 through the underground walkway. There is a bed inside a room, and the price is high. Its convenience is in the location. It saved time to take a shuttle, go to an offsite hotel, be worried for the following morning if I get the shuttle on time. As I had a 6:30am flight, it was very predictable to know that it would take me less than 10 minutes to walk back to the Terminal 2.

Rooms are very small, with no window. It reminded me of the internal (cheaper) small cabins on certain ferry boats. But it cost me almost $300 for one night. But most standards, it's an outrageous price. Still, I was stranded at Heathrow and did not want to waste time to take a shuttle to an offsite hotel.

One minor issue was that the curtain didn’t fit the window completely so it was a bit bright in the morning. Otherwise great!

Lovely staff and great food in the restaurant.

Room cleaning not good. The same leaf was on the floor by the bed for 3 nights, the same 2 daddy long legs spiders in the corner above the bed for 3 nights. The bed clothes were ok but there was a rather unpleasant looking stain on the quilt cover. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept in - the mattress topper had no filling in the middle and it was like lying in a semi assembled deck chair.
