Spacious, great location, lots to love about the property, hot tub is great & pool table a nice addition with good potential for this property to be exceptional with just a few changes, the option for food in the hotel is great for flexibility, all bedrooms ensuite is very useful, and the ‘cinema style room’ was great when weather was poor, close to local market town of Louth, the property has a good size gardens with lots of outside seating.

Some finishing touches, snags in properties decoration, just let the property down, not all TV’s have all regular channels, property would benefit from some kind of ‘ home manual ‘ of what & how things work.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel prior to cruising the next day. Location is perfect for town centre and cruise terminals.Our room had a little balcony which suited our needs and we had a great view of our ship early the next morning. The room was spotless and spacious. The breakfast choice was varied and plentiful. All the staff are so friendly and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, tidy, fresh. And they provide induction hob, cutlery, toaster, iron, and, the most important, a fridge!!! It’s sooooo rare to have a fridge in a hotel room nowadays in the UK! Amazing! Surprised!

Well it’s “all the way Friday party night” at the bar next to the hotel until 2am. You may not able to sleep if you do not bring earplugs.

Very close to the o2, took us about 12 minutes to walk to, parking right outside, very comfortable bed, loved the nespresso machine in the room, quiet at night, friendly staff and lovely pub.

Room was clean and comfortable. In motorway service station so had all amenities. Quieter than expected being next to motorway.

Didn't realize it was only accessible on northbound side of motorway so had to travel both ways for access from where we were sightseeing (Stratford upon Avon)

Location was excellent. Cottage was well equipped.

The road from the car parking space was very rutted and our car grounded in a couple of places. We missed the bit about no provision of towels. Had to wait until the next morning to go to the convenience store in town. Stairs were pretty steep for older people, but had a good hand rail. Oven/grill must have been filthy as it smoked the house out on the first night when we used the oven to cook a ready meal. Didn't use it again after that.
