Brilliant location and the Cottage and gardens were fabulous. Giles the host that met us was very friendly and very helpful and informative. The Cottage was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable and gardens were kept lovely. We had a brilliant stay, thank you.

Very easy to find. Lovely accommodation, very clean and bright. We were attending a family wedding and the location was perfect. Also Pontypool park is literally 2 mins away, what a beautiful park to have a stroll on a Sunday morning.

The location is the best in town - at the heart of Whitby, but tucked away. Perfect. Great quirky cottage (The Old Dispensary) with a lot of character and all the amenities. Clean and tidy and a very comfortable place to stay.

Location was great - on main bus route from airport, close to the station and central to shops and many major attractions Room was a good size with space to work and relax

The room was cold one evening and didn't seem to respond to adjusting the temperature so I was a little cold. Seemed sorted next morning so I didn't say anything. Unable to get in the lifts/main stairs down to the pool from the rooms so this meant you needed to walk through the main reception area to get to the pool and gym which was a little inconvenient if in swim stuff or wanting to go back to room to change or shower/dry hair for example.

Apartment was located right in centre of Solihull with easy access to shops and public transport if necessary. Decor in the apartment was nice.

Parking in the area was a bit of a nightmare and I feel that parking should have been provided as part of the deal - parking at the apartment was available but this was charged as an extra even though there was a large parking lot at back of apartment with ample room. Local parking in the area was very expensive. If you are looking for a quite spot and good nights sleep this is definitely not the place as there was a nightclub just across the road and noise went on till early hours of morning on each the nights we stayed there. I understand that the building is protected so you cannot make adjustments to exterior structure but some form of internal sound proofing of windows would help a lot. Compounded with this the light outside the apartment door was faulty and kept on coming on during the night giving impression that someone was coming up the stairs. The sofa bed was ok but I had an issue given there was no sheets provided for this - just some form of fleece throw. There was no Tea Towels provided so delph and cutlery had to be air dried on sink. Had problems with the TV and could not get any channels on the Freeview so had to resort to just watching YouTube to short time we watched TV

Accommodation is poor not very clean needs maintenance! Toilet seat broken, doors sticking hard to open big odd step to bathroom. Filthy windows inside and out! Worse was the noise from the kitchen fans all night!

Unfortunately the room we were given was on the ground floor right next to the road, there wasn’t much soundproofing in the walls / window. There was road works happening for the last 2 nights of our stay. We were woken up multiple times by it, it continued until 3/4am.
