Accommodation was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean. Great shower. Easy to find. Cosy! Very convenient for Nairn Dunbar Golf Course and Cawdor Castle.

One thought that might help/ be useful. A boot rack/box outside perhaps?

Location, very comfy bed! I had just done 7 nights camping around the NC500 and was looking forward to a little luxury.

The bathroom extractor fan was on constantly and I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Room was very dusty.

There is no signage on how to get to the leisure club. You can see the building but there are no signs! There are several entrances before the right entrance so its very frustrating to try find the right entrance … there are plenty of signs when you get to the right building but no signs to find your way there!

Check in time was supposed to be 3pm. We arrived at 4 pm and had to wait half an hour for the room to be ready. On entering the room the toilet seat was found to be dirty. At check in we booked a table for 6.45pm for dinner and 7.30am for breakfast. At 6.45pm when we went to the restaurant it was closed no lights on no music nobody there. Online the restaurant is supposed to open at 5.30pm. We then went to the (gathering) cafeteria. They informed us we had a booking there. We therefore assumed the restaurant wasn't open that evening and ate in the cafeteria. We were asked more than 6 times to make our order as they wanted to close. On leaving the cafeteria we passed the restaurant which was then open, but we had now eaten. We complained to the reception as to how this could happen and received an inadequate answer. We arrived for breakfast at 7.30am and were informed there were no croissants as the chef had burnt them. Which begs the question why couldn't they do another batch. Everything seemed to be a major effort for the waiter and we felt like we were a nuisance. He seemed to resent doing anything. By 8.15am we had only received a cup of coffee each and 2 slices of toast and had to leave without anything else as we had a ferry to catch.
