The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

The location was fine. It is not in Manchester City Centre, but there is a tram stop just a few minutes walk away which takes you to the City Centre in about 15 minutes. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine.

We could hear the people in the room above us quiet clearly. Not so much their voices, but just all their movements. The acoustic separation is possibly not the best.

I understand that it is mandatory to pay full payment for the entire duration of stay at once to proceed with this hotel unlike any other hotels. This can be a game changer to attract more and more visitors.

There can be an option to pay for part of stay and then extend when ever the due date comes. You can think of this option like all other Hotels

cottage was beautiful. Instructions were clear and everything went as planned. It was peaceful and comfortable and clean. I wish we had more time at the property. Would happily recommend and stay again.

The chalet smelt of damp. The cleanliness wasn't great. It had clearly been cleaned to surface level but it needed a serious deep clean. There was mold on the windows, dusty cobwebs on the ceiling, the skirting boards were filthy, there was mold and dirt behind and underneath the beds. The floor was creaky and dirty. It was dusty. The settee looked like it had been collected from a skip, so much so, we were reluctant to sit on it. The window in the twin bedroom was broken; Our two year old actually managed to easily open it herself which is very concerning in a childs bedroom. Very unsafe. The curtains in the main bedroom were too thin so we were woken up by the daylight coming through every day at 5am! The bed in there was also very hard and uncomfortable. There wasn't enough plug sockets in the bedroom. The ironing board wasn't suitable nor was the iron. You should expect a normal size ironing board and not a travel iron. Luckily we spent most of our days exploring the local area so didn't have to spend much time there.
