the location of hotel was great .. express train from airport to paddington station and back to airport.. this is the reason I book this hotel and stay in this area .. did not try the breakfast or resturant... the staff was friendly enough, did not make much contact except for checking in and checking out... the room was ok and clean. be careful of the shower floor due to very slippery when showering .. no non slip or pad in the shower floor... front desk said could have brought up rubber mat.. why was it not there anyways.....

the floor makes noise when walking around.. old floors.... the shower is slippery , ask for rubber mat when you check in or take a chance .. not good for older people

We were staying over to attend a gig in the Guild Hall Square. Location good for this. 10 - 15 minute walk. Stayed in a superior room (302). Large comfy bed. Good size room. Good Wi-Fi. Breakfast was ok but expensive at £18 each. Friendly staff. Check in wasn’t until 3pm although you could check in from 2pm for £10 or for free if you signed up to the hotel chains club. Parking outside the hotel was £10 a day.

Overpriced. Paid £178 for one night for the room only. Then breakfast was extra. Car parking extra at £10 a day. I had upgraded to a better room which stated it had a mini bar. The mini bar was empty other than two cans of complimentary water. After returning back to the hotel at night we found the bar area was full with what looked like a private event. So was unusable due to the sheer volume of people. There was a small leak in the bathroom (was there when we arrived) which meant a few of the floor tiles were wet. It was discoloured so it wasn’t a new leak. Reported it to reception. Check in time is a little late at 3pm. Parking outside the hotel was £10 a day. One nights stay was very expensive if you add on the breakfasts and parking. Approx £215

The staff were really friendly. My plane left after midnight so I left my luggage until 9 pm and I was able to use the kitchen and TV lounge until I left. Just perfect!

Great location for King's Cross/St Pancreas station. Very convenient. Clean.

The person on reception was quite rude. The cleaners had bags of linen all over the floor making it difficult to get around with luggage. Ask for a room that isn't street side if you care about noise.

Loved the house and the location was spot on. In Heart of every thing.

These aren't ment to be complaints just observations that people should be aware of and I will say It didn't bother us as I'm partially deaf but it can be a tad noisy due to windows aren't double glazed but Sach windows . We Could hear a couple of chaps having a conversation in lane on side of house at midnight from the second floor first bedroom as The noise seems to carry and sirens of emergency vehicles were very frequent...Also It was totally my own fault as I didn't research the property properly as was smitten by photos and it was a great price but it's really not suitable for elderly as there are many steps. The kitchen is on ground floor, lounge is on first and bedroom 1 is on second then rest are on top floor, the steps are quite steep at that. We would use it again but not with our elderly parents. They found the stairs to much but thought the property was lovely. However they were able to sleep in the lounge on first floor as it had a very comfortable double sofa bed which had an en suite with shower .
