Not a lot of floor space in our room. There was only 2 of us but for some reason the sofa bed was also made up. We ended up putting everything on it as there was nowhere else to put cases, etc.

I liked that it was in the centre of the city, and that booking last minute gave a fair price for the location.

The room wasn't properly cleaned (floor dirty, bed sheet wasn't changed as it had the last person's hair and skin on it, so not sure if any of it was clean), room was very small, window was literally on a busy street full of clubs and bars, bathroom was tiny. For the price, while good for a city centre, I expected more. Felt more like a motel.

Poor design with balcony doors and windows - had to be closed due to risk of smashing which meant the flat was very warm Bathroom fan not working Master bed had broken springs Carpet and wall stains throughout flat Only had 1 key available to share between 4 people

The only thing which let the hotel down was the food - not just as good as it should have been. Dinner was a little disappointing - looked fabulous but the lamb was a bit tough, veg a bit chewy - and breakfast was good but not as good as it should be.

Asked for rooms together but we were allocated rooms on different floors. Staff managed to swap rooms eventually but took time.
