Positive section of review
A lovely hotel in a pretty period building in a great location by the sea front. Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful and breakfast was really impressive for such a small hotel. I would highly recommend.

One very minor criticism was that there wasnt really a desk to work at in the rooms but it was still possible to work at the vanity table in the room.

Great location just up from the beach. The cottage has everything you would need for a stay including a well-equipped kitchen. On-site parking particularly handy ad this was hard to find elsewhere.

The management company, Sykes Cottages is absolutely useless. You can't get hold of a human on the phone, they lied about talking to the owner about an issue we had on booking (the owner ended up calling us direct as it was such a mess) and when my little boy left his favourite cuddly toy there they really didn't care and weren't very helpful.

Hotel was in an ideal location and had amazing views. Although a bit dated, the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and it is very dog friendly.

Lovely comfortable room. Food was excellent and I had breakfast and evening meal. Great offer for evening meal at the hotel. The breakfast really set you up for the day.
