Very clean and welcoming, very high spec, lovely decor throughout, lots of indoor games/puzzles etc. if needed, information/instruction booklet was very handy, welcome basket was much appreciated, I especially liked that there were dishwasher tablets/washing up liquid/liquid soap and much more. Only 5 mins walk to the town centre/supermarket and only 10 mins to the beach. Nothing to dislike and only tiny negative was no drawers in the smaller bedroom but not a big issue, overall 10 out of 10 and would definitely stay again.

The layout and level of comfort of the flat. All basic household equipment was included and bed was very comfortable.

The area outside building front door was barriered off (didn't impact ability to enter building) with roadworks starting early in the morning. Not the fault of our host but did impact first impression.

We stayed here many years ago when the children were younger and absolutely loved it. We were so looking forward to staying again but its lots its sparkle. It felt a bit "flat". There was also a very noisy dog outside first thing in the morning. We have dogs but barking that early is unacceptable. I appreciate this is outside the control of the hotel.
