The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Location was excellent, walking distance to most places. The staff were very friendly and we liked that reception showed us around the hotel at check in. We made social hour one early evening which accomplished its job as we got chatting with other patrons which was nice.

We would have liked to use the spa/pool facilities more however the pool didn’t have any sunbeds to allow us to use this to its full use.

Easy check-in process. Property was comfortable and close to London attraction and public transportation. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. NOTE that it is a shared bathroom.
Negative section of review
Our room was on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Not a super issue, just a bit challenging given circular stairs and bulky baggage. Our stay was quiet, although doors did slam quite loudly. Truth is we never saw another guest coming or going during our 4 day stay.

The location, so close to Yarmouth. Great view from living room of the sea. Beautifully decorated and themed throughout. Good facilities for family.

Maybe for some families, the lack of en-suite bathrooms, but the bathrooms were fine.

Can upgrade if wanted to cooked breakfast at a cost but we had toast jams and cereals and fruit with fresh coffee or tea for free . Perfect for us.

Basic small clean rooms no tv but great shower but we knew that, perfect for an overnight stay and short walk to City Hall where our concert was.Quite secure parking with barrier onsite for free too. Tip is the windows open as in say window style as discovered in the morning. We thought staff vey helpful and informative. Bargain for what we paid £60 a night inc parking and breakfast.

Excellent breakfast, appreciated room being near the back door as we had our dog with us.

Very hot in room when we arrived, both radiators were full on (in June?!) Took a while for room to cool down. Tissues in room would have been useful.

The location, staff and the people in my room.

My locker malfunctioned twice and so did my roommate's locker. The locker initially worked with the entered code and then overnight "forgot" the code and we could not open our lockers with our valuables. I had to go on a trip without all my needed belongings and I had to loan money to my roommate so she could go on her trip to Skye. The staff opened our lockers with their code but showed no empathy for our situations. The hostel does not have 24 hour coverage in any form except from 11 am to 11 pm. We tried contacting them in the morning at 7:30 am but to no avail. They should have an emergency number manned 24 hours for such situations.

Nice friendly welcome.

It's very basic, no frills, no facilities property, unfortunately. Shared bathroom that was pretty dire 😳 A last-minute resort only imo. Wouldn't stay again
