The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

We had a lovely family break staying here , we stayed in the three bedroom and two bedroom cottage on the bank holiday weekend and they were perfect , lovely welcome from Carmen and Steve who were really nice and made sure we had everything we needed , the cottages had everything we needed for our stay to cook and eat and were nice and warm and cosy and comfortable on a rainy weekend , there is a nice patio outside that you can sit and have a cup of tea in the morning with the peaceful countryside all around and listen to the gentle mooing of the cows from a nearby field , it has a nice green space to take the dogs into as well for a toilet break and such a nice picturesque walk into the lovely little village nearby , its a great base to stay to explore somerset with parking , we couldnt have asked for better and would most definately recommend

We only stayed for one night before flying home early the next morning. The room was large and fulfiled its function for us. We didn´t eat or drink in the hotel. The receptionist was really friendly when we checked in and the young man when we left early too.

Perfect location to stay for a wedding venue 5 minutes away. Beautiful decor, comfy bed and kettle, toaster and microwave provided.

Location is good, close to tube and on Elizabeth line. Room clean and tidy.

Room very warm and stuffy. Could not alter aircon and street too noisy to leave window open. Room attendant replaced bath towels with hand towels, no answer to phone calls except reception who said they would send some up… they didn’t and we had to dry ourselves with hand towels after a shower. Despite confirming our check out on a Sunday and that a luggage room was available the receptionist did not advise us that there was a cash fee to do so, which we didn’t have.

Location was good, and the staff were very friendly

Room 29 had no privacy - windows look onto the back carpark where people would stand and smoke staring into our room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was disappointing.

The staff is not that helpful in the reception. I asked whether there is room on 2nd floor available. She didn’t even bother to check and said no. Also, we tried to order a drink, and waited for ages to be served. For breakfast, I didn’t get my coffee until I finished my food and ready to leave. Some furnitures in the room are just painted with drawers which are not real.
