The bed was genuinely the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept in! We were also very impressed with the soundproofing from the windows, despite being in the middle of the city and near a tram stop, when the window was shut the noise was nonexistent. We were well impressed with the location of the hotel and felt that the room was just the right size for what we needed. Staff were friendly and approachable, we would definitely return here!

Could have done with a bin in the room as well as the bathroom, and we don't think our extractor fan worked in the shower. None of this took away from our lovely stay however, we hope to be back in future!

The apartment was superb, very spacious, clean and comfortable with easy free parking and lovely views opposite the park ...excellent 10/10 Bottle of complementary wine made our experience all the better. I would definitely stay here again ! And intend to re book for later in the year

Host and stay's access arrangements were unclear, we didn't realise we could not gain access to the apartment unless the breakage waver had been paid ...this was lost in a long email of information! And i hadnt noticed the link !! Consequently we were unable to gain access on arrival. I had no problem with paying the waver , but the experience was very stressful, having to make several phone calls on the doorstep to the apartment to gain entry. I suggest payment for breakage waver should be completed on booking , we would be happy to do this 😀 I would definitely book this lovely apartment again 😊 10/10

The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. I got quick access to the apartment and everything was clean and as expected. Communication was on point! Really quick and helpful!

Nothing really related to the accommodation itself. It was the best to be found in the area! However as its located close to the start of the west highland way accommodation here is not cheap.

The beds were awful, The dark and exceptionally smelly main entrance (from the main road). Not good As for the glass cubical that pretends to be a bathroom, with a 4" gap at the bottem and no lock terrible.

Small bed in room, 5 staff at check in but only one serving. On checkout the opposite, big queue and only one staff member. Everyone has to wait though to ensure they get the deposit back that we didn’t spot on the booking but luckily could afford, totally unnecessary.
