Great location for exploring Newcastle, lovely modern house with comfortable furnishings. Good parking facilities off the very busy road at the back.

The beds were too small, for the size of the rooms at least a King size would be better. Lack of pots and pans if anyone intended staying in to cook. Lack of shelves in the bathrooms and very creaky doors which obviously need a bit of oil on the hinges.

Car Park!!! They took my registration number at Reception, I naturally assumed that was to pay the £16 Car Parking charge. Got home from holiday to a £60 fine....absolutely disgusted....this happens too often with Hilton and the Smart Parking shower they sub-contract too should not be allowed to trade, they are Con-artists
