I was in The Green Room and I thought it was great. Loved all the little extras, like cutlery in case you brought food back. Tea and coffee trolly was lovely, beautiful glasses and big cups. Bed was comfortable, think it was memory foam but not certain. The view was out over the harbour so in the evening in looked great. I also liked that you could open windows, sounds a small thing but so many places you can’t do that.

Only down side was that the bathroom is very small but shower was great, nice and hot and again a lovely big window that you could open after. It really wouldn’t stop me from staying there again.

Evening food in restaurant, was very nice. Very large, quiet tastefully furnished room. Well appointed with very large bed and a sofa/ coffee table. Great amenities coffee machine, kettle, large smart tv. Convenient free parking right in front of accommodation. Good choice of food for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Waiter service in restaurant for dinner started off well, but declined. Written instructions for coffee machine use would've been helpful. QR code on machine doesn't take you to instructions on how to use.

Excellent size and equipped property for 2 in an ideal position for exploring and walking the lakes, towns and coast. The welcome pack left by hosts Ann & Martin was great and unexpected. Cannot praise the property, hosts and location enough. Will hopefully return again.

Location and staff where awesome. Pretty much close to everything you need bus, station, train station, shops, pubs and clubs. Bar also has lovely food with a breakfast and Pool tables.

Disappointed we had to pay extra £10 each to use the pool. Will look to go elsewhere in Sheffield that has pool and gym facilities As normally when staying at a hotel this is included.
