I spent the week with my mum to relax and mentally prepare ourselves before I start chemotherapy this week. It was perfect. The breakfast was fabulous every morning. The lovely staff were friendly, always smiling and always went the extra mile. Nothing was a problem. The cleanliness of the boutique was second to none. We will definitely be back.

The receptionist was helpful with us arriving early hours of morning due to delayed flight. Car park on site only £1.50 per night Location is convenient and about 15-20 minute drive from the airport

Toilet making a loud sound Everytime it was flushed Mould in the bath and on the sides Carpet is disgusting and outdated Soon as we got in the room awful smell of sweat despite window being open Bed creaking Everytime you moved Avoid staying here better options out there, we were charged a fine because there was a smell of cannabis in the room despite not smoking and the fire alarm going off. ( we only vape)We’re told it may have been due to smoking outside and smell lingering in the room. We weren’t told, neither was anything raised. Just casually funds taken from my account.Nothing would be done and no refund issued. So if you smoke anything avoid at all costs

The staff was helpful and reliable. The check-in was organised perfectly. No key/card necessary, only the codes to the doors. The kitchenette was really well equipped. The room was spacious.

The smell in the room was terrible and made me nauseous. The quality of the internet connection was pretty low. - impossible to connect while sitting at the table. The room was on the -1 floor with a big window so the people on the street could peek inside. There was no separate space for a shower cabin. The shower was placed in the middle of the bathroom - after a bath, most of the floor was wet, so using the sink or toilet meant walking on water.

The hotel is far below the expected standard, Because of flight delay, I arrived just after midnight. There was a long wait at the door to be let in. The elderly lady who let me in could not work the POS machine, so she insisted on me paying cash. She asked me to go out and take cash from an ATM somewhere outside. Good enough, I had enough cash on me to pay. The carpet in the room was worn, dirty and the whole experience was just awful. I needed a bed for the night, they somehow managed to give me. Not sure whether the bed was comfortable or not. I think I was too tired to tell.
