Positive section of review
Little far from the city center, but very easy to reach it. First by little walking in beautifull english neighbourhood , then by bus or/with metro on Southgate station with Piccadilly Line takes around 45 minutes to arrive in downtown. Kitchen is with good equipment, patio with table and chairs is particularly convenient, especially for smokers. Contact with the host was very fast and fluid.

It was a Classic room, which was all that was left when I booked - I was worried it would be a bit small and basic, but it was great, had a lovely feel and was really cosy. It was in the main building, so would recommend that if given he choice. Breakfast was really tasty too.

If you require a place to sleep at a decent price close to Wembley Stadium, this is it. Room was spacious and rather comfortable. Linnen were clean and bed was firm which I prefer. More than enough space for luggage. Compared to adjacent properties the price was excellent.

The furniture and facilities are really dated and in need of refurbishment ( although one has to balance this against the good pricing)The bath had chipped spots and the small table in bedroom wobbly.

The host is really kind and nice. It was great time there with my family in the big 3bedroom house. I lost my headphones there and the cleaning team also really kindly put them away and posted to me. Thank you to all the staff there :)

Excellent location, Reasonable Cost, Good security, plenty of space, a balcony to smoke(if you desire), Privacy, a kitchen to cook your own food. Perfect accommodation for a small group, family or Students.

Unfortunately(or fortunately) we only stayed for one night. Everything was perfect until the evening. Found some little critters (cockroaches) running about. Not major but put us off cooking. I believe they will be dealt with after speaking to management.

The wardrobes were not attached to the walls and were quite dangerous. We put our suitcases against one to stop it falling on us.
