Her recommendation really made a difference to our trip...we would have tried to lug our large suitcases from Nikko to Tokyo (thinking that it was only a train ride away) if not for her advice to pre-send them to our Tokyo hotel.   Our visit was a combination of work & pleasure. Fabulous views across East Wittering beach towards the IoW, Miranda is the consummate hostess - welcoming and well-travelled, knowledgeable about the local area with great suggestions for where to eat/visit. The house has stunning views looking across East Wittering beach towards the IoW. A recently re-developed property which is light & airy, all mod cons and a really comfy bed, plus plenty of seats & recliners from where to enjoy the sea air/view, enjoy a drink or even take a dip in the heated pool. Beach walks and water sports just through the garden gate and at the quiet end of the Witterings. Tea/coffee provided and a mini fridge, there are pubs/eateries and a Tesco Express within walking distance, the latter perfect for picking up those fresh breakfast pastries. Thoroughly recommend.

  Fantastic location in New Town near the sights bars etc walking distance of everywhere you would need. Gorgeous apartment furnished to a very high quality with all you’d need. We even cooked in the kitchen. Lounge we relaxed in with comfy sofas and a very comfy bedroom. We will definitely return. Check-in was easy with a code and communication was excellent.

  We loved our time at Y Cwtch. It's a very peaceful area, surrounded by fields. The place was relatively comfortable and clean, anything you could expect from a countryside retreat and a great value for money, the outdoor jacuzzi was a great bonus and the hosts were very welcoming and nice.

  Location great, room was clean and tidy, bed very comfortable, paid alot of money for very little facilities

  No dressing table area for female guests to get ready, no hair dryer or fridge in the room, very basic, shower was broken and extremely small to move around in with nowhere to place your hygiene products whilst showering, all floors very uneven and the room whilst clean was very out dated and one of the over head lamps with wires showing
