Location was spot on, five minutes walk to the centre of Norwich and all its shops and restaurants. The flat was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was really responsive to any questions we had and the wi fi was very good. The lift was appreciated as we had a disabled guest in the party. The views over Norwich were really beautiful.

Not a criticism but just to be aware, there are two sofa beds, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. I’d said we’d need them, one was made up so I’d assumed they were doubles, I don’t know the measurements but I’d say they’re large singles. We stayed as a family with a 14 and a 10 year old, who would ordinarily have shared the second bed but they wouldn’t both have fit in the one in the lounge. We didn’t have bedding for the one in the bedroom so that was a little awkward. I’m sure they would have provided some bedding if I’d asked at the time, but we didn’t realise until quite late on the evening. We made it work though! Entrance wasn’t very well lit until you got in the building. There were also two washing liquid tabs left out, this was a lovely touch but I hadn’t realised they were there and my autistic ten year old thought they were fidget toys and started squeezing them. So maybe put those well out of reach.

Room nicely fitted out with comfy beds, ( could do with extra blanket at night) , nice view of pool. Good selection at breakfast. We stayed in the motel style annexe but main building was full of character. Lovely grounds. Close to town.

Bathroom was large but a let down. In need of a refresh eg: broken floor and wall tiles, marked and scratched bath and ill fitting shower screen swamped floor... Dissapointing that Spa facilities only available if you buy an expensive treatment

Spacious, comfortable, clean, big TV, excellent breakfast accommodating my (lacto-free) diet. Nice small touches of quality, like Tiptree jams and good branded muesli. Louise was ever ready to be helpful. Excellent value.

Small points... the village is in the middle of nowhere, and has little to recommend it. And the decor is a bit dated. But that's part of the charm. Could have had a desk chair/workspace.

You're paying for the location with this one, but the room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't noisy, staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's a really great 3 star hotel

It is expensive for what is akin to a Premier Inn and if the price was a bit lower I'd stay here everytime I go to London (if only going for a night or two) but I understand its the location you're paying for. My only real issue with the room itself is that one side of the bed is along the wall and this isn't overly suitable in an accessible room. Both people staying need to be able to get out of the bed without climbing over one another in an accessible room really.
