A lovely twin room, clean and light. A good sized bathroom. Also very quiet. The bar is vibrant with locals and there’s a great beer garden overlooking the sea. Staff very friendly.

The staff were the best thing about this place- really helpful, high quality. Our ferry arrived late and the A34 was closed, but they made late check-in easy and unstressful.

The rooms were shabbier than they appear on the pictures. Fine if it were a little cheaper, but not the facilities I would expect at that price.

The only negative I would say would be the scaffolding covering the front of the building which obscured our view of the sea that wasn’t mentioned when booked.
