Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Great little pub in a quiet friendly area. Full of locals so nice atmosphere. Room allocation was a bit slapdash and convoluted but all done with banter and friendliness, with still time before last orders to enjoy a drink at least. Perhaps a more comprehensive, foolproof check in procedure would be advisable. That said, we had a pleasant stay and caught our bus into Filey early the following morning rested and rejuvenated. Shared bathroom (shower-room with WC as expected but this was not an issue as it's right next door, perfectly clean/ serviceable and only shared with one other bedroom from what we could see.

  This small apartment is nice with everything in good condition. The communication with the host was wonderful and sent us a lot of useful information. The flat is an areea with a lot asian food restaurants and fast food restaurants and near a bus station.

  The sofa from the second room I think it could be improved. It would be helpful to have another chair for the chicken, even if you can use the one from the bedroom.

  The staff were very friendly both at reception and in the bar area, which was very pleasant. The exterior of the hotel is very pretty.

  Unfortunately the hotel interior was very tired, smelling musty/damp and the walls and lampshades etc. were dirty. Felt a bit neglected as simple things like fresh curtains, and basic facilities in the rooms like an iron would improve things a lot.
