  I didn’t have breakfast. The location is in a prime location on lord street. It was a an improvement from when I took myparents many years ago. The hotel has been refurbished which was nice to see although the flooring in my bath room had been badly cut and fitted. I had to have a shower in cold water which wasn’t pleasant but was still impressed with the upgrade to the hotel and the price considering how close it was to all the amenities of Southport. I would stay again at that price.

  The house was spacious with lots of natural light. The beds and living spaces were comfortable, and importantly, there were plenty of bathrooms. It’s in an excellent location for walking in, hiring bikes, etc. The hosts were friendly and very responsive.

  The bins outside were overflowing and hadn’t been kept as landfill and recycling. There was an annoying beep from the smoke detectors that we couldn’t get rid of. The ring doorbell could not be heard inside the property! The kitchen was not very well stocked… no cafetière, very little cutlery or glasses, and no dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid or tea towels. For a group of friends who like to breakfast well before heading out for the day, and clean up after ourselves, it was quite tricky!

  This proper was in a great location easy access to the beach ans local shops and the staff was very lovely will definitely be going again.

  The hotel is very dated, the room smelt like no one had been in for a while. The shower was dirty and was marked with moled. For the standard of this hotel, it was very over priced. I would not stay in this hotel again.
