We have stayed at the triple deluxe room in the first floor. Spacious comfortable room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the modern look of the bathroom. The furniture was also modern and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was kind enough to help me with the luggage as there were no lift.

No lift, which makes the property unacceptable for disabled. The hot water in our room was on and off. Had a key outside the bathroom to switch the hot water on and off, which I found a little unusual for hotel establishment. Despite the key for hot water was on, there were still issues with the hot water running off and on. However, we didn’t made the hotel staff aware because it was for short periods.

Spacious on ground floor with outside space and parking. It was very well equipped including washing up / cleaning materials and warm. Everything worked although I struggled with the WiFi - might be my phone!? It was a very peaceful location.

Excellent location with everything you could need from an apartment. The surrounding shops, pubs and cafés made it very easy to get the basics done without any hassle.

There were one or two very minor things like creaky floorboards at night waking my partner however I really can't complain with the value for money and facilities on offer.

Maybe I took this the wrong way but getting into the car park wasn’t easiest and when I called the host they seemed a bit short. Same when they came to clean the next day. Wasn’t enough loo roll left

Original email said door codes etc would be sent to me by email and SMS the day before arrival. This didn’t happen. When I contacted their office I was told that was an old email & their policy now was to send it on the day. I was told I would get an email & SMS around 11:30. I did not! Finally received email around 2pm (arrival at apartment was 3pm) but never received SMS. Original advert said Wi-Fi available but no where could I find the password to log into the Wi-Fi at the apartment.

My room was right by the busy parkway junction it was like sleeping at brands hatch unfortunately. I didn’t realise breakfast finished at 10am but was accommodated but not worth £15

Stood at reception for 20 minutes with no staff members around to assist to be able to check in. Wasn’t the cleanest room dust everywhere and bed was very uncomfortable.

1, The stairs seems broken down. The bed was very small and bedsheets was not clean. There was a lot of noise out of the window in the early morning.
