Very central to kings cross station, great location , we walked to the hotel from the station with our bags. Had breakfast at hotel which was an excellent buffet. Noted because of traffic around the hotel, taxi , Uber travel can be a challenge. Comfortable stay albeit it was bit pricy

The rooms were spotless. Communal kitchen meant we didn't have to eat out every night, thus money saving. Games room in case it was raining. It would be nice to have a darts board. An easy 15 minutes walk to the town centre. We would definitely visit again.

Loved how the vibe of the hotel was. Rooms were clean too. It was near the transport links, tram, bus, and railway! You could also just walk to the city centre if you want to. Also great shops and cafes around too!!!

The roads were rather bad in May due to the cold winter 2023. Our small rental car had a hard time with the big holes in the road.

No Breakfast Available (even though still advertised on Facebook page...) No WIFI even though stated. (And have instructions on the wall that don't show up as if it's outdated and have changed.) Entrance/Exit to rooms via Fire Escape could be lighted better. The room we got wasn't the room we booked. (We should of had the room with the lounge area ie Couch and Telly etc but didn't.) We had a bath with Jets/Blowers that didn't work and a bathroom door you can't open because it's been poorly fitted or not adjusted since different flooring or work has been done etc. No room service as in (emptying bins/changing towels/clean cups replenshment of milk tea sugar etc even though as stated they do for 2 nights stays...)

Unfortunately it was very dirty. Having said that the beds were clean as were the towels. Tge kitchen was too dirty to use with old food stuck to the oven and in the freezer box. It simply had not been cleaned at all. Also it occurred to us that even if we had cooked there was no table and chairs to sit at. We are relieved that we didn’t take much food with us. Unfortunately there was a very loud pub almost adjoining the back of the apartment. The music let us all awake until 2.39 both Saturday and Sunday evening. So if this would disturb you it’s probably not for you.. but if you are going out until the small hours then it won’t be a problem.
