Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  We didn't get to stay in the facilities as they are impossible to find. The booking .com postcode takes you to a massive complex of sports halls with no one around to help you, no clear sign for the accommodation. Called the reception who gave us a postcode that took us to a random village, not the entrance to the hotel, was totally unhelpful!!

  Everything! Couldn't find it. Reception lady was no help at all. No signs to help you find your way. Access roads were horribly potholed

  Hotel is the best location and I could go to any restaurant. I booked a restaurant but did not like it so much and could find another good one very quickly. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Everything seems new in the apartment. Lovely small kitchen etc.

  Everything. The location is very central. Metro, restaurants, bars and shopping all on doorstep. Train station a few minutes walk. The property itself is lovely. Decorated to a high spec Everything you need can be found. Milk tea coffee etc

  The bed was comfortable, we got in our room earlier than check in which was massively appreciated. All round lovely hotel, the staff were lovely and super friendly and helped us with taxi bookings.

  There wasn't really anything we didn't like about this hotel. There was some building work going on across the road but that is not the issue of the hotel so all round no complaints.
