  Very friendly and helpful host: Rosy! The apartment is clean, quiet and equipped with all the necessary facilities. The kitchen is very well equipped. The fridge was fully stocked with food and drink, plus a fruit basket and fresh baked goods, tea, coffee, spices, etc. - all at no extra charge. Good location, bus and overground stops nearby - Buckingham Palace is around 30-40 minutes away by public transport.

  Whole package was excellent - our first booking had to be cancelled at the last minute due to illness; hotel staff were very helpful and considerate about re-arranging. Our room was as expected and very quiet and able to have window open at night with no traffic noise - perfect! Swimming pool and facilities clean and well managed. Good breakfast buffet.

  The property is ideally located just over a mile from HMS Raleigh. The rooms are generously large, clean and beds are comfortable. The bathroom is also very large. The kitchen is fully fitted and functional. The surrounding location is quaint and there are plenty of walks including the South Coast path not far. The pub offers delicious generous meals.

  If there is a tiny thing I would say is that there is only one very large bathroom for up to 6 people. Maybe making two smaller ones for the next refit could be considered.
