All the staff were delightful and helpful. The room was beautiful and characterful with a view of the rivers and the meadows. There were many extra touches such as a coffee machine, pillow spray, a Robert’s radio and rubber ducks for the bath! A low level light came on automatically as you approached the bathroom. The breakfast was first class.

5 minutes walk to St Pancreas so good for Eurostar trip. Good value, clean, Wi-Fi, kettle, TV Shared shower and toilet - both clean and hot water

Room 52 didn’t have a proper curtain?? Although the window backed on to a wall it felt abit exposing. The noise of the shower toilet flushing was pretty noisy through the night and early morning.

I am repeating myself as I am staying the second time in 2 years(due to attending an event in the hall). THE PLACE IS SCREAMING FOR A REFURB! While the cleaners are working hard to keep it clean, it is just below standards with old, smelly carpets,old bathrooms, and room furniture/amenities.Some deluxe rooms had the bathroom done,but still a shower curtain remains in place(which is not just anaesthetic,but I can't think of it as hygienic)

There was a mix up with the rooms on arrival. The room was small with a very poor shower with very little water pressure down to a dribble and minimal facilities otherwise in the room. We were kept awake by a party in the pub until 1.30am . Breakfast wasn’t until 9am which is unusual and disappointing for a hotel and was later than we wanted to be leaving so we left before having breakfast. The staff did not seem to be interested in accommodating us from arrival. Poor value for money .
