We chose the Hilton because of it's location between Terminals 2 & 3. A late arrival and very early departure made this the ideal choice. The only positive of our experience was the food quality in the ground floor bar.....once we got it.

Just about everything beyond the location needed to be better! In fact, Hilton should be ashamed of this property as it's a very poor reflection on their Brand! When we checked in we were assigned a handicap room because of a mistake in my profile. We asked to be moved but were told the hotel was full. Our handicap room was simply AWFUL! Dirty carpet, little furniture, a view of the driveway and absolutely nothing that would make a handicapped person feel comfortable! Shortly, before going to bed, the toilet produced a foul, disgusting smell that overwhelmed the room. When we insisted on being moved, a representative came to our room to verify our complaint & quickly agreed with the problem. All of a sudden, magically, a new room was provided! A simple, unadorned room, but at least it didn't smell. We decided to have dinner in the ground floor bar. We were one of 5 couples at most. The wait staff spent the first 20 minutes talking to each other. Once our cocktails were finally ordered, they sat on the bar so long that I got up to get them myself. A single female guest, a few tables away, was appalled and furious with the lack of service & attention! A female manager finally showed up to help remedy the complaints. We requested that all gratuity be removed from our bill which she did. Guests are most often under pressure when staying at an airport hotel. This should be obvious! The staff at the Hilton Garden were lackadaisical & indifferent to the needs of their guests.

Large room, huge, very comfortable bed, double doors that opened over a field with sheep grazing. Everything worked. Bathroom shower had great pressure. Would stay again for sure.

Nice accommodation, but we kept on loosing hot water.. A kid next door kept on hitting football against our caravan, till 11.00 pm every night.

We had a group of youths banging on the door demanding we leave as they had booked the apartment, we used the contact details provided and were told we would hear from someone within 15 minutes and never heard a thing back aside from asking to leave a review after we'd checked out. This was highly stressful and intimidating, it turned out the host had double booked the apartment so the other party were left without anywhere to stay. Also not enough mirrors in the apartment.
