The location just off Russell Square was convenient and pleasant. The rear bedrooms and dining room/bar overlooked a lovely garden with water features which was also a nice place to sit with a glass of wine. We had breakfast each morning of our 6 day stay which was well done and the staff were extremely attentive and good humoured.

The bedroom was small with no place to open suitcases. There was no aircon which may be uncomfortable if temperatures rose in Summer. The bathroom was also small and not particularly stylish but adequate.

The accommodation was very well decorated, chic but with a homily feel. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was roomy, and sofas were very comfy. The location was great, surprisingly quiet too. Will definitely look at booking again.

Unfortunately, the apartment we had wasn't the apartment that is shown on the photos. Although where we stayed was very nice, we were slightly disappointed at first. Only having 1 bathroom between 6 of us was a little testy at times. I don't know what the plumbing situation is, but if possible, a toilet and basin in the under stairs cupboard would be an asset. The hinges on the bathroom door could also do with some attention.

Very friendly and helpful host. Bed very comfortable. Tea and coffee fercilities in the room. They have a separate kitchen you can use. Iron ironing board and hairdryer on the landing. Towels provided. Didn't hear any noise from the bar downstairs. We stayed on a Saturday night

The staff were very welcoming when I arrived and allowed me to check in early which was a nice surprise! Breakfast was lovely and staff were always on hand to make sure you were accommodated.

Just like alot of the other reviews regarding the mattress, it was very uncomfortable so i did not have the most restful sleep at your property. No mirror other than the one in the bathroom.
