      Staying here felt very grand and the location and grounds were amazing. easy to find with my sat nav evening the dead of night. Access super easy with instructions from Holly. Room amazing, very spacious and super clean. lots of tea and coffee. towels fluffy and love the colour scheme. grounds immaculate and such a tranquil location. Everything about this stay was great. I knew there were no food options but this wasn't an issue. Bravo Holly lovely home

      Beautiful and clean apartment in stunning Little Venice. The bed is super comfortable and the towels were amazingly soft and fluffy. The kitchen has everything you need and there’s great places to eat, drink and shop nearby. The hosts are amazing to communicate with and very helpful when needed and even arranged an extra nights stay at very short notice! Thank you.

      Only a couple of things worth mentioning. Not enough towels, washing machine did not work, and wifi doesn’t have great connection in the bedroom.

      Spacious on ground floor with outside space and parking. It was very well equipped including washing up / cleaning materials and warm. Everything worked although I struggled with the WiFi - might be my phone!? It was a very peaceful location.

      Excellent location with everything you could need from an apartment. The surrounding shops, pubs and cafés made it very easy to get the basics done without any hassle.

      There were one or two very minor things like creaky floorboards at night waking my partner however I really can't complain with the value for money and facilities on offer.

      Location was great close to the shop and fast food is also close by an easy access to get into city centre.

      Stood at reception for 20 minutes with no staff members around to assist to be able to check in. Wasn’t the cleanest room dust everywhere and bed was very uncomfortable.

      The facilities were very poor which really let the hotel down. No hot breakfast either and beds could have been push together for a double bed as advertised. £180 a night for not even basic shampoo and shower gel, and door handles breaking is really not good.
