Excellent location, close to amenities and to the river/parks. There were plenty of room heaters, which were needed as the property was cold when we arrived. Kitchen was quite well equipped, and the living room was decorated nicely. It was excellent to have a parking space.

The storage unit in the main bedroom was small with limited hanging space. It was poor quality as the doors and drawers were not level. The bath shower did not run at an even temperature. Oddly there were only 2 forks, in a flat for 4 people!

A chair in the room would have been useful. I was cold in the night, and didn't see any obvious extra bedding. Early hours of the morning, so couldn't request extra bedding at that time.

Didn’t like that the hot tub costs £50 extra per night as I initially thought it was included when I booked, also glad we didn’t pay for it as there are certain times when you’re allowed to use it and there is a camera right over the hot tub which would have made us feel uncomfortable if we used it. Other than that lovely place!!

This hotel is ancient. I haven’t seen phones and fixtures like the ones in this hotel since the early 90s. They say they offer an airport shuttle but they are really only charging you to go through their back gate and use the parking shuttle pods that are owned and maintained by the airport. The price for the hotel and the store exist only to gouge people. They should be utterly ashamed of themselves.
