  Our stay at this property was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect and met all our needs. The location is unbeatable, nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to charming night bars. Public transportation options are conveniently located next to the building, making it easy to get around. George and Olivia are incredibly welcoming and attentive hosts, adding a personal touch to our experience. Please note that this is not a separate apartment; you will be staying within George and Olivia's apartment. While this was not an issue for us, it could be made clearer in the listing details. 🇧🇬С Георги ще се разберете прекрасно на български :)

  The owner has tried to think of every convenience and comfort that a guest might need. There were games, books, laundry powder, air dryers, smart tv, even a box of little extras that you might have forgotten and need for your trip! Very accommodating abba hospitable.

  The breakfast was okay, but it was the staff lingering over the tables to clear before you finished your breakfast. I went to get some toast came back and my breakfast had gone so I had to get another one not good.

  I changed my booking with booking.com to 2 singles from a double but when I got there they said it was just a double I had staff not very friendly not very helpful said it was booking.com‘s problem the room I eventually got was awful. The hotel has run down, you have to request to have your room cleaned and then they did not make the beds. Lampshade had holes in it. Windows are dangerous and old. I had to leave three days into it and book another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

  The service, the staff behaviour! No shampoo in the room, the receptionist told me to use the body wash for my hair. No room service. Wanted to charge me £30.00 for early check in from 3pm to 2pm which is a rip off. Overall not the best experience not going back
