The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Keenan at the front desk, left a beautiful complimentary happy birthday Note with a bottle of Prosecco. To celebrate my friends 50th. We felt special

The noise from the halls as there was 2 party’s that Saturday evening. Plus we didn’t like the fact that people not staying at the hotel were wandering up and down the stairs and along the corridors to the bedrooms

Room was good, freshly painted and clean. Building itself steeped in history. Great location with easy access from the station. Stunning bar too.

All of it. Noisy, stuck in a basement with tube trains rumbling under us every few seconds. Narrow single beds, dodgy electrics and very run down and tired. Scraps of carpet in very narrow corridors. Shower slippy and grotty. £90 for a twin room in an absolute grim place. I felt like I was in a hostel and that I would wake up with an electronic tag on my leg! Reception guy was pleasant though. I also had to pay for an extra room, so lost £100 because of this stupid app not working properly. I won't be repeating this visit. Why show nice photos of rooms you thi k your booking when in reality your placed in the most disgusting rooms ever. I'm loosing faith in this app. It's a con.

They charged £20 for our dog. We had expected to eat breakfast there. We’d checked on line and seen the menu. But now they don’t do breakfast week days. The downstairs shut really early. No communal area to sit.
