Lovely cosy cottage in a beautiful peaceful location that was a great base to access the coast. The bed was really comfy and the facilities were great. We really liked sitting in the garden in the evening looking out at the fields and castle. We stayed here with our 4 month old, and there was plenty of room in the main bedroom for her next to me crib, and there would be plenty of room for a full size travel cot too.

- the sea view was beautiful - we spent the evening watching the tide going out and then coming back in after a long day travelling - the WiFi and sky TV was really good as it allowed it to feel like a home from home

Breakfast is a bit limited but adequete and at least they serve breakfast, some hotels in the area do not. Internet connection is slow.

Extremely well located. Very close to three tube stations on different lines.

Note that the bathroom was shared by 3 rooms. However, very rarely did I have to wait to use the bathroom. Cleanliness of the bed could be a bit better. Although there were no bed bugs. Shower drain was clogged for a couple days, however, was quickly resolved in the course of one day. Bathroom was kept relatively clean every day.

Went for breakfast and only one other guest present, no staff member to meet you. Continental breakfast on show but no breakfast menu on tables so wasn't sure if that was the only breakfast available. Decided on continental then a member of staff appeared and asked if I wanted hot food. Too late then. Recommend breakfast menus placed on tables.

There was work undergoing which they only send you message when you have booked it’s a budget hotel I get that so is premier inn and travel lodge but they provide you with a kettle and hair dryer in your room and if u ask they gv you a iron to take to your room here there was nothing you had to go to the iron room which is next to reception to iron your clothes n I’m a regular traveller and I was shocked by this and also the tea you hv to make at the reception area and take to your room with no lids and you can easily spill it while going up the elevator back to your room it was dangerous the amount you pay for the room and what you get is ridiculous £109 per night does not make it a budget hotel I will never ever stay at an Zo is hotel ever again even if it’s the cheapest the inconvenience it causes u every time u need tea or iron ur clothes Its not right spent 2 nights there would never again .
