Consistent quality of service and usually reasonable value for money. Good location, very close to the central railway station. McDonalds, TGI Fridays and Boots pharmacy just next door. Fairly close to the city centre and shopping mall/cinema.

Hand wash and shower gel were not refilled when I arrived. However, this was sorted the next day when requested. It would be helpful to have more washing machines/dryers, as they seem to be in high demand

Breakfast was lovely. Excellent location. Staff were pleasant. Jacuzzi bath. Clean and tidy. Coffee and tea facilities. Easy check in and out. Good facilities and free Internet.

Out of date decor/furniture. Dogs barking in the property woke us up. Window sill fell on the floor when I gently leant on it to pull the curtains across. Concerning as this was in a family room.

We didnt like been woke up from the foreign man playing loud rave music at 7am for over two hours also he was running up and down landing shouting to reported it to reception After waiting 20 mins for her to come to front desk who didnt seem bothered at all

The entrance to building and stairway give a bad impression before you get into flat. Scaffolding outside didn’t help either. Very expensive for 2 nights, would have expected more luxury. Did not like having to pay the damage insurance
