We told the girl on reception that we were staying because we were getting married. She upgraded our room for free and allowed us to use the carpark too! She also added late check out on our booking for free she was like the gift that kept on giving!! Outstanding customer service she made us feel so spoilt

the staff went out of their way to do all possible to make sure our kids had a great time and even at breakfast made them special waffles and brought to our table so we didn’t have to wait for them. The name of the staff member which did this was Manoj, who was ever so helpful and chatty to the children.

the Shower overfilled over the side and wet the floor which then we had to use most of the towels to clean it up

All of the staff were so accommodating to our party of 6 and we weren't the most organised of groups either. The small details with the kids' breakfasts and how they were able to move our room last minute as my Mum has limited mobility was very much appreciated!
