  Generally clean, good location especially for a base to travel around Cornwall. Not far from Port Isaac, but a heavy walk back. Lovely view. It was comfortable, we were in pod 3, and I would recommend it as a place to stay. Good local farm shops, and good restaurants in Port Isaac, Port Gaverne, and if you wish to go further afield, Padstow and Bude.

  We took our own pans which was a good thing as the pans in the property were damaged. To be honest we only cooked once, so it wasn’t an issue for us, but if you’re planning to cook frequently I’d suggest you take your own pans.

  Fantastic location, 2 min on feet to the railway station, quick journey to London. Couple of lovely streets nearby with bars, restaurants and shops. Very clean, good continental breakfast, helpful and welcoming staff. Free parking on site, good WiFi, spacious rooms and comfy bed :) We made a last-minute reservation and were very happy with our choice

  We love the location. The house and grounds are beautiful. Some people may be put off by the caravan park, but it is not intrusive. The breakfast is second to none. The bedroom was very clean, beautifully appointed and spacious. We can bring our dog.

  Fab find in a fantastic location. Tracy and Colin were wonderful hosts and so attentive. Would def choose to stay on our next visit to Margate. The breakfast was really good and so much food for a very affordable price.

  A lovely big room. En suite. Tea and coffee which was restocked when asked. Comfy bed, nothing to grumble about whatsoever. Hosts also lovely.

  Only thing is that it was a little difficult to find as it sits back off the main road, up a driveway. Maybe a little sign to the entrance would help but I'm not sure the local laws would allow. Definitely recommend this place.
