Nice property in great location the on site parking is a real bonus. Unfortunately for us the hot water system broke just before our stay and could not be repaired we were told we could relocate but as it was only a one night stay we opted to stay put and accept we only had cold water or could boil water to wash etc. We discussed this all with the host who was very apologetic and said she would arrange some discount. Unfortunately, things like this happen and no one is really to blame, overall the apartment was very nice, comfortable and in a great location for the city centre. Would certainly use it again if we came back to Oxford.

A warm welcome awaits you at Naze Farm. The cottage is pretty much perfect, so much effort has been poured into the accommodation. Enjoy the farm and the surrounding countryside. Just a short walk to the village is a great pub and local amenities.

My stay at the Copthorne Aberdeen was amazing. All of the staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the full Scottish breakfasts were to die for! Couldn't have asked for more.

The location is really the only thing that this place has going for it. The main bits that needed to be clean were.

The window with safety tape over it because it didn't shut properly . this constantly made noise during the night. When we arrived there was another guest complaining who was told that there were no rooms available to swap with,so we were pretty much stuck in that room. Considering the price it is one of the shabbiest places we've stayed in. I would imagine that the cleaners don't get time to clean properly.

Bridal suite need updating, more sockets would be great as only had two in the whole suite. The bath took over and hour and half to fill would have been nice for a little note to so that.

The room was really small, the ‘shower’ didn’t drain properly so ran into the toilet area and generally made the whole area wet. The window around the shower and toilet was not private within the room as you can see straight into the toilet whilst lay on the bed. You should make it so there are actual bathrooms within the room and now just a window covering the toilet and shower. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything.
