  We spend .a night there, and I must say that everything was excellent. Good location. The staff were very helpful. Especially Eden and Lucas. My room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Good selection of snacks. I really enjoyed them. Highly recommended.

  Nice apartment, comfy enough for a 4 night break. Parking ok. Quite pricey for how tight the spaces are for the Pope's Head. But apart from that we would recommend the old hotel with the popes head that we stayed in

  Great location, close to Hyde Park and several tube stations. Lovely street with a great local pub. Clean, fairly large rooms (by English standards) recently renovated. Staff were helpful.

  Shower door opened the wrong way meaning it was difficult to not get water all over the floor. Very small bath towels. A lot of stairs, not suitable for physically challenged.

  TV stopped working on day 2 of my trip. Text WhatsApp number (as there is no phone/reception) and they didn’t respond for a while about sending someone to look. The lift also is very slow and has a mind of its own!
